Time to Fly In

Two ways to push for PBM reform

Congress has never been closer to sending pharmacy benefit manager reform legislation to the White House for signature. We can’t stop pressuring for relief!

Here are two important ways you can help.

  • First, in NCPA’s Legislative Action Center, fill out our call to action urging your policymakers to support legislation that includes independent pharmacy’s PBM reform priorities. Congress could be wrapping up a package of bills at any time, so please do this as soon as you’re able.
  • Second, registration is now open for NCPA’s 2024 Congressional Pharmacy Fly-In, taking place April 17-18 in Alexandria, Va., and Washington, D.C. Don’t miss this opportunity to develop your relationship with your representative’s and senators’ offices and push for policies that are pro-patient, pro-pharmacist, and change the prescription drug pricing model.

As a result of pressures just like these, momentum is building in Washington for investigations into and reforms of PBMs. NCPA is not letting up. We ask you to do the same.
