Member Spotlight: KTA Stores

The KTA legacy was started in 1916 by Koichi and Taniyo Taniguchi, when they opened their first grocery store to serve the community of the Island of Hawaii. Now, KTA is still family-owned and has grown to a six-store chain, with pharmacies in four of their stores and a partner location. Kerri Okamura is the director of pharmacy operations for each KTA Pharmacy. The pharmacies offer immunizations, diabetes education, MTMs, different flavors for prescriptions, and DME.

No matter what pharmacy or store a customer visits, KTA makes it known that “You’re someone special every day at KTA.”
